This project involved the design, setup, and commissioning of a dedicated steel fabrication infrastructure unit to support ongoing civil and defense construction projects. Lone Builders & Suppliers developed this facility from the ground up—equipping it with heavy-duty machinery, industrial-grade flooring, custom-built fabrication bays, and material handling systems.
The facility was engineered for high-volume, precision-based output including trusses, columns, purlins, and structural components. Special attention was given to workflow optimization, safety zoning, and compliance with ISO and military fabrication standards.
This infrastructure now serves as the backbone of our prefabricated and custom steel component operations, ensuring faster turnaround times and quality control in-house.
